Anti-stress: calming essences
Are you facing a time of great stress? Our essential oils will help you.
The past year has been incredibly busy. And although we can see light at the end of the tunnel, many of us need peace and calm. This is where the power of scent and nature comes in. Certain plants and herbs have healing properties that, when inhaled, can create a peaceful feeling and mindset. At Essenzapura, we use many of these soothing ingredients in our scented oils. It only takes 20 minutes from the start of inhalation for the essential oil to enter the blood stream, so they act immediately on both a physical and psychic level.
Here are three of our favourite fragrances to relax with.
La Vie en Rouge:
The floral notes emerge immediately and persist throughout the olfactory experience, which is both delicious and fresh.
The heart note is Jasmine: often described as intoxicating, sensual and exotic, Jasmine is known as the perfume of lovers. The anti-depressant properties of this plant make it very popular because it can lift the mood, clear the mind and release inhibitions. In love with being happy.
Macchia Mediterranea:
A complex citrus, the bitter orange is immediately apparent and declines in the sumptuous palette of Sicilian citrus. Among the essences that act on mood and combat stress, citrus fruits also have the characteristic of stimulating the mind and intellect, have a fresh, clean scent and can be used in many situations. The bright scent, however, can also intensify the senses and increase alertness, which, when combined with the calming effect, can create a balanced atmosphere ideal for meditation. In the main notes there is Bergamot: defined as the essence of good cheer thanks to its citrusy, slightly sweet and flowery scent, which gives serenity and positivity. It also aids concentration and is particularly suitable for work and study environments.
Giardino delle Esperidi:
Wild scent like a walk in an abandoned citrus grove, where the hint of fruit is mixed with the ever-present green herbaceous note.
Here the main note is Cedarwood: known for its relaxing and calming properties, it stimulates the limbic region of the brain, the centre of emotions, and the pineal gland that releases melatonin, which plays a very important role in regulating sleep cycles.
They are excellent for aromatherapy because these fragrances are diffused gently and naturally through one of our essence atomisers. In this way, the oils are carried through the air in a progressive manner, creating an environment of health and well-being against states of stress and anxiety.
