Refund Policy
Our 15-day returns policy states that after receiving an item, you have 15 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, and must be in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info @ essenzapura.com . Returns must be sent to the following address: Essenzapura c/o Tetra snc - Via Sandro Pertini 8 - 10073 Ciriè (TO) Italy.
If the return is not due to product defects, the return costs are borne by the customer.
Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Substitutions
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, and must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
